Rodo (40), a failing lawyer, spends the pandemic locked in his apartment. Unemployed, feverish, and increasingly alone, he becomes obsessed with finishing an unfinished book on Silvio Gesell, the Argentine-German thinker who envisioned an economic system capable of changing the world.

Pressed by his publisher, weakened by fever, and shaken by his separation from Milena—the love of his life, who has just announced an unwanted pregnancy—Rodo sinks into a growing state of confusion. His mind swings between visionary lucidity and delirious incoherence, until he finds himself trapped on a fragile edge between creation and madness, life and death.
